My order was dealt with most efficiently and the person I communicated with gave me great confidence in the product and its construction. However, I could not find any information regarding the density of the mattresses i.e. whether they they soft or firm, but this may be due to my negligence rather than a fault of the website or communication. Mr Bob Bacon	We had been in contact with Ship Shape in 2013 re new Mattresses' for our Snap Dragon 890. They had been very helpful through emails and had invited us up to try out the mattresses' be purchase.(Due to sailing we never found the time to do this) On visiting the London boat show in 2014 we came across the Ship Shape stall. My husband has arthritis in his back and has had a lot of problems with sleeping on the boat. The staff at the stall were excellent with their advice and support, getting us to try out different types of mattress until we were happy. Once we decided to order we were shown how to measure the boat correctly to ensure a perfect fit. We also ordered all the bedding and quilt to fit the boat. The order was completed within 6 weeks and delivered on the day we had agreed on. The staff of Ship Shape have kept us fully informed along the way, are very friendly and supportive. We look forward to trying out our new bedding in the coming sailing season. All our sailing friends are convinced that all we will do is sleep this season. Mrs. Frances Atkinson	I have a double bed with a cut-off corner. I'm interested in a memory foam mattress. However, when I followed the links, I arrived at a place that only gave choices of foam or pockets spring. I couldn't choose memory foam so that I could estimate the price. Or is it that the pocket spring mattress IS your memory foam mattress? Also, if I bought the mattress, it would have to be shipped to France, and I'm concerned that the price of shipping might be outrageous. My current mattress is about 180x136x18 centimeters.
